International and European Law

University of Groningen‘There’s a time and a place for everything’

I’m currently following a Bachelor’s degree programme in International and European Law. I expect it to broaden my knowledge and help me understand the complexity of international law, international conflicts and other international issues. I am also easily able to combine my studies with the creation of a new international social network.

The reason I came to Groningen was because I’d heard a lot about the city. I also had good friends living here. That’s why I decided to study at the University of Groningen. I enjoy this city very much and I intend to stay here for at least two and a half years. After gaining my degree I would like to work abroad for a few years before returning to Stockholm.

There are a lot of things you can do besides study, and I really enjoy hanging out with my friends, watching movies or going out. And that is my advice to new international students: there’s a time and a placefor everything!
