Summer School in Entrepreneurship
For most people, Silicon Valley seems like "the place to be" for entrepreneurship. But do you know that the world's biggest incubator for startups is located in Paris? In France, startup creations from people below 30 years old has skyrocketed by 208% between 2002 and 2014. Nowadays, this increase in young entrepreneurs is a world trend.

Burgundy School of Business invites you to discover the French experience in entrepreneurship thanks to its dedicated Summer School. Take the opportunity to approach entrepreneurship within a real incubator for startups!
The Summer School is open to both undergraduate and postgraduate students, and has been divided into week-long modules:
Creative Mindset and Entrepreneurial Leadership (Undergraduate & Postgraduate)
Develop your creativity and learn to position yourself as a leader. In this module you will engage with concepts of Entrepreneurship, Creativity and Leadership through seminars, creativity workshops and coaching, to experiment with decision making and entrepreneurial team management.
Opportunity Creation and Business Model (Undergraduate)
Learn here to take opportunities and to transform an idea into a viable and sustainable business model. This will include practice of pitch and formal presentations, in front of real professors from the entrepreneurship Ecosystem. This will also be carried out through business games and problem solving techniques.
Design Thinking and Entrepreneurs (Undergraduate & Postgraduate)
The course provides a fundamental understanding of the innovation method of Design Thinking in the field of Entrepreneurship. Design a prototype of your dream start-up firm and develop your creative mindset through the innovative method of Design Thinking.
Strategic Management and Applied Innovation (Undergraduate)
In this module you will discover innovation. Analyzing different technologies, you will explore the competitiveness of its evolution and diffusion. This includes company visits and meetings with innovative entrepreneurs.
- To apply for an undergraduate program applicants should have completed two years of studies
- To apply for a postgraduate program applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
This program does not have a specific English language requirement but applicants should be able to fully operate in English both orally and verbally.
Degree & diploma
On successful completion of the program students will receive a completion certificate and a transcript of records (6 ECTS per module).
Enjoy the opportunity of being in France to explore the country and visit Europe at the end of the program.
Tuition & fees
- Program fees: €750/module
- Accommodation: €305 per week for a shared twin room and €610 per week for a single room
