Global Bachelor’s Degree in Law
At Universidad Europea we are committed to offering a decidedly international program in which you will study with students of various nationalities, be taught by professors from across the world and, most importantly, benefit from periods of study abroad at different universities including: University of California, Irvine (USA); Pace University, New York (USA); University of California, Riverside (USA); Sciences Po Grenoble (France); IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law (USA) and Staffordshire University (UK). By the time you graduate, these stays will have greatly enhanced your international vision of Law and given you a valuable insight into other legal systems, especially common law.
Our new Bachelor’s Degree in Law + BA in Legal Studies will enable you to consolidate your international education by taking a Dual Degree that will lead to a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Universidad Europea and a BA in Legal Studies from the host university, Dublin Business School (Ireland). Furthermore, every year our professors attend various foreign universities to further their training and gain the personal experience that enables them to instill the international perspective that defines us. In addition to this, one third of our faculty members are international, either by nationality or through having spent part of their professional career outside Spain.
In order to strengthen the international perspective of the Bachelor’s Degree in Law, the University belongs to the European Law Faculties Association (ELFA), a network established in 1995 and which currently brings together more than 200 Law Schools and Institutions from all over Europe. As a member of the Laureate Universities Network, Universidad Europea is part of the LAUREATE LAW COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE, which was set up in 2014 to bring together the Faculties and Schools offering Law programs within the Laureate network. Its aim is to facilitate the exchange of good practices that will help develop and improve these programs, as well as to promote collaboration initiatives among the different universities involved. Current members include: Universidad Privada del Norte (UPN), Centro Universitario Ritter dos Reis, Universidad Tecnológica de México (UNITEC), Universidade Salvador (UNIFACS), Universidade Potiguar (UnP) and Universidad Europea.
