Macromedia University of Applied Sciences - Bachelor and Master Programmes
Developments in our society follow the rhythm of technological progress, between the cornerstones of globalisation and the unstoppable digitalisation. As the digital technologies drive changes in every aspect of our societies and economy, there is a need to train highly skilled digitally competent managers, innovators and experts who can shape these changes and capitalise on the opportunities presented by them. Macromedia University follows these developments in its capacity as a university and conceives itself as a place for reflecting on all aspects of media and business.
Macromedia University is one of the largest private German universities for professionally-oriented study programmes in media, communication, management, film and journalism with around 100 professors and 3000 students. Our international students come from 80 different countries.
How to anticipate future opportunities and challenges brought on by digital transformation? What tools, processes, and concepts are critical in guiding businesses as we enter the age of Industry 4.0? These and many other pertinent questions about the global media, digital transformation and business world are addressed by the Macromedia University of Applied Sciences. With an interdisciplinary approach and curriculum, we empower graduates to be versatile in diverse areas, especially through the combination of creative approaches, technical skills and strong management skills. As the ‘university for digital transformation’, we instil in them a positive attitude towards change and the confidence to shape these changes. This motto is also conveyed through our slogan "you change".
