Degree in Game Programming
The Bachelor of Science in Game Programming is designed to combine the strategy and creativity of game development with programming to foster exceptional graduates with a highly developed technical knowledge base.
Graduates will develop a well-honed skill set in game programming, and a strong command of specialized technical and academic knowledge. The courses focus on basic theories, principles, and skills required for game programming and game development.
This degree prepares graduates to confidently enter the industry as a game programmer, technical director, or software engineer.
The following are a list of admission requirements for first year students at NSAD:
- Graduation from a recognized high school or acceptable evidence of comparable academic achievement
- A high school cumulative grade point average of 2.5
- Test Scores (SAT or ACT required for First Time Freshmen)
- A completed application form with application fee
- Statement of Purpose
