MA in Law
This important two-year master's program from TalTech will prepare students for an international career in law.
The program covers the general principles and philosophy of law in Europe, and offers detailed specialist knowledge and skills in European Union and International Law, or Law and Technology. The curriculum explores general areas of private and public law, along with newer areas of law, such as EU law, intellectual property law, information and communication law, environmental and planning law, municipal law, e-voting regulation, data protection law, and human rights law.
- Student exchange with top European universities and international summer schools
- Participation in international moot court competitions, research projects and different networks (e.g., European Law Faculties Association and International Association of Law Schools)
- Internationally recognized lecturers (e.g. Professor Katrin Nyman-Metcalf, Professor Tanel Kerikmäe, and Associate Professor Lehte Roots) who received their doctoral degrees from Uppsala, Helsinki, Florence, Bremen and elsewhere
Applicants will need the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Social Sciences with at least 36 ECTS in Law courses
- Motivation letter
- Online interview
