The aim of the PhD in system engineering, informatics, and economics program is to provide students with a deep theoretical understanding of the subjects.
Škoda Auto PhD Program: PhD candidates at the TUL are eligible to apply for participation in the Škoda Auto PhD program or they can write their thesis on a topic offered by the company.
Graduates of the doctoral program will gain top managerial positions, or top positions in research establishments across the world.
Applicants interested in applying for this PhD program should meet the following requirements:
- Recognized tertiary education (Master degree) as prescribed by Act No. 49/2009, Coll. (not necessary for applicants from Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Germany and Slovenia)
- Entrance examination on information technology, IT systems and theory of economics
- 2 foreign languages (English - C1 of CEFR, 2nd language on B1 level of CERF)
