The master in Human Language Technology and Interfaces (HLTI) offered by the University of Trento and ITC-IRST aims at providing skills in the basic theories, techniques, and applications of this Human Language Technology through courses taught by internationally recognized researchers from the university, research centers and supporting industry partners.
Human language technology is concerned with dealing with the huge amounts of textual information currently available e.g., in the scientific literature or through the Web, and gives people the possibility of using speech and/or natural language to access a variety of automated services such as airline reservation systems or voicemail.
